Thank you for shopping at TVIVA. Below are the detailed terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We are committed to transparency, honesty, and presenting accurate logistical windows for our customers in Singapore.


1. Shipping Fees & Currency

  • Shipping Cost: We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees, no documentation charges, and no minimum purchase thresholds required to qualify for free shipping.
  • Currency Notice: All transactions, checkout calculations, and invoices are processed strictly in United States Dollars (USD, $).

2. Order Processing & Transit Timelines

Our logistical operations operate strictly on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore and our processing facilities).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (SGT - Singapore Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM SGT on Friday or during the weekend will be grouped into the following Monday's processing queue.
  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days. This includes product quality inspections, secure protective packaging, and dispatching to our courier partners.
  • Transit/Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days. Parcels are routed via reliable international standard networks directly to your designated destination in Singapore.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8 to 16 Business Days from the point of secure payment authorization.

3. Shipment Tracking & Transparency

Once your order has been successfully packed and shipped, you will receive a formal Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and an active carrier tracking link. You can trace your package progress 24/7. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become fully visible on the logistics network database.

4. Import Duties, GST, and Local Taxes

For orders shipped to Singapore, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or administrative customs clearances may apply based on the total value determined by Singapore Customs. Any import fees, tariffs, or local duties levied at the border are the sole legal responsibility of the importer (the customer). TVIVA does not pre-collect or control these statutory border clearance fees.

5. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery Handling

Customers are strictly required to review and input an accurate, complete English delivery address during checkout. TVIVA is not liable for structural non-delivery caused by invalid unit numbers, incorrect postal codes, or missing contact details. If a package is returned to our logistics center due to an insufficient address or failure to arrange local collection, we will contact you to coordinate a verification or reshipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives with clear signs of transit damage, please document the exterior packaging and the product condition immediately. Retain all original box materials and contact our centralized help desk at info@tviva.shop within 48 hours of delivery signature to initiate a secure replacement or a structured claim.
